Jamie's Italy, a good place to be
Jamie's newest book is great fun so far! I started with the simple spaghetti alla trapanese, p.121 (sorry no picture, was too busy eating!) and the next dish will be pasta e ceci, p.76. The trapenese was a simple pesto with almonds and cherry tomatoes, delicious! The ceci is more of a chickpea (garbanzo) bean soup-pasta dish that just looks lovely in the book.
